GulfLine Freight Systems in SAIF Zone, Sharjah is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage air and sea freight bookings, customs documentation and client updates. Freight forwarding experience with UAE customs portals is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate air and sea freight bookings with carriers and agents
- Prepare customs documentation and process clearances via Dubai Trade and Sharjah portals
- Track shipments end-to-end and send proactive client updates
- Negotiate rates with shipping lines and co-loaders
- Resolve discrepancies on invoices, BLs and delivery orders
Requirements
- 2+ years freight forwarding or logistics coordination experience in the UAE
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes and UAE customs processes
- Proficiency in Excel and freight management systems
- Strong English communication; Arabic a plus
- Bachelor degree preferred
