Civil Engineer (High-Rise Projects)

Skyline Crest Contracting LLC is hiring a Civil Engineer for a G+45 residential tower project in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Candidates should have UAE high-rise experience and be ready to manage site execution from substructure through finishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site execution against approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and MEP teams
• Prepare inspection requests, method statements and progress reports
• Monitor quantities, material approvals and site quality control
• Enforce HSE standards and attend weekly progress meetings
• Track project schedule and flag delays with recovery plans

Requirements

• BSc Civil Engineering; Society of Engineers UAE registration preferred
• 5+ years UAE experience with at least one high-rise project completed
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and site QA/QC procedures
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality approval processes
• Fluent English; Hindi/Urdu useful for site coordination
