Site Supervisor (Fit-Out)

Al Fahad Interiors & Contracting requires a Site Supervisor for a 14-month office fit-out contract in Mussafah and Abu Dhabi island locations. The role oversees carpentry, gypsum and MEP finishing crews across multiple concurrent sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise fit-out crews across 2–3 concurrent sites in Abu Dhabi
• Read joinery and gypsum shop drawings and set daily work targets
• Coordinate material deliveries from the Mussafah workshop
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety compliance
• Report daily progress with photos to the project manager

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil/Architecture or equivalent trade background
• 4+ years fit-out supervision experience in the UAE
• Ability to read interior shop drawings and finishes schedules
• UAE driving licence an advantage
• Basic English reporting skills

Salary & Benefits

• AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month, tax-free
