English Teacher (Secondary)

Bright Minds International School in Al Barsha South, Dubai is hiring a Secondary English Teacher for the August 2026 intake, teaching the British curriculum to Years 7–11. Full expat package with visa sponsorship, flights and tuition discount for staff children.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Years 7–11 (British curriculum)
• Prepare students for IGCSE English Language and Literature examinations
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records on the school MIS
• Contribute to extracurricular clubs such as debate or drama
• Communicate regularly with parents on student development
• Participate in KHDA inspection preparation and school improvement plans

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in English or Education plus teaching qualification (PGCE/B.Ed)
• 2+ years teaching experience in a British curriculum school
• IGCSE examination experience strongly preferred
• Native-level English fluency
• Attested degree certificates ready for KHDA approval
