Nursery Teacher (Female)

Little Steps Early Learning Center in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi is seeking a caring female Nursery Teacher qualified in EYFS to lead a class of 3–4 year olds. Join a warm, well-resourced setting with small class sizes and a supportive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver EYFS-based activities that develop early literacy and numeracy
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe and document each child's development milestones
• Communicate daily with parents through the nursery app
• Collaborate with assistants on classroom routines and hygiene standards

Requirements

• CACHE Level 3, B.Ed or equivalent early-childhood qualification
• 1+ year experience in an EYFS or Montessori setting
• Female candidates only, per ADEK nursery staffing requirements
• Warm, patient personality with strong classroom management
• First aid certification an advantage
