IT Support Technician

GulfNet Business Solutions is hiring an IT Support Technician to serve corporate clients across Abu Dhabi Corniche and Khalifa City. The role covers desktop support, network troubleshooting and on-site installations, with a company car provided for client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 desktop and printer support for corporate clients
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi issues and configure routers, switches and firewalls
• Install and maintain Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Log, track and resolve tickets within SLA using the helpdesk system
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance visits at client sites

Requirements

• 2+ years IT support experience, UAE experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365 and Active Directory
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); CCNA or CompTIA a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
• Customer-friendly communication in English
