Al Dana Facilities Management in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Junior Accountant to support daily bookkeeping, invoicing and reconciliations at its head office near Hamdan Street. A great first step for recent graduates aiming to build a UAE finance career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily transactions, supplier invoices and petty cash entries
  • Prepare customer invoices and follow up on receivables
  • Assist with monthly bank and supplier reconciliations
  • Support VAT return preparation with proper documentation
  • Maintain organized digital filing of financial records

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
  • 0–2 years experience; internship or entry-level UAE experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of Excel and any ERP (Tally, QuickBooks or Zoho)
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn UAE tax basics
  • Good written and spoken English
