StyleHub Fashion Retail LLC is holding walk-in interviews for Retail Sales Associates at its fashion stores in the Al Barsha mall district, Dubai. Base salary plus monthly sales commission — freshers with a passion for fashion and customer service are encouraged to attend.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing and styling advice
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Operate the POS, process exchanges and manage fitting rooms
- Maintain visual merchandising and replenish stock from the back store
- Participate in stocktakes and seasonal sale setups
Requirements
- Well-groomed with strong customer service attitude
- Conversational English; Arabic, Russian or Chinese a plus
- Freshers welcome; fashion retail experience an advantage
- Flexible for mall hours including evenings and weekends
- Currently in the UAE with visit or transferable visa
Salary & Benefits
- AED 2,800 – 4,200 per month, tax-free
- Monthly sales commission up to AED 1,200
