Marina Pearl Hospitality Group is holding walk-in interviews for Waiters and Waitresses at its casual dining outlets in Dubai Marina and JBR. Freshers with a friendly attitude are welcome — full training, duty meals and shared accommodation provided, plus tips and service charge.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, present menus and take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages following outlet service standards
- Upsell daily specials, desserts and beverages
- Handle bills via POS and process card and wallet payments
- Keep tables, stations and service areas clean throughout the shift
Requirements
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service attitude
- Conversational English; additional languages an advantage
- Freshers welcome; restaurant experience a plus
- Flexible for split shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Currently in the UAE with visit or transferable visa
