Sapphire Bay Restaurants Group is holding a walk-in interview for Waiters and Waitresses at its new flagship restaurant in Downtown Dubai. Earn AED 2,200–3,200 plus service charge and tips averaging AED 800–1,200 monthly. Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests, present menus and take orders accurately
  • Serve food and beverages following five-star service standards
  • Upsell daily specials, desserts and beverages
  • Handle POS billing and process payments correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and service stations throughout shifts

Requirements

  • Presentable with excellent grooming standards
  • Conversational English; additional languages a plus
  • Able to stand for long shifts and work split shifts
  • Freshers welcome; restaurant experience an advantage
  • Available to join immediately

Salary & Benefits
