Barista (Part-Time)

Roast Culture Café at Al Majaz Waterfront, Sharjah is hiring part-time Baristas for evening and weekend shifts. Walk in with your CV — freshers who love coffee are welcome, and full barista training on espresso equipment is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha and specialty brews to recipe
• Operate the POS and handle cash and card payments
• Keep the coffee bar, machines and seating area clean
• Engage customers warmly and recommend seasonal drinks

Requirements

• Available for evening shifts (5pm–11pm) and weekends
• Friendly, energetic and well-groomed
• Basic English; Arabic a plus
• No experience required — training provided
• Own visa (family/student sponsorship) preferred for part-time role

Salary & Benefits
