Falcon Shield Protective Systems requires an experienced CCTV Control Room Operator for a government-linked facility on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. Candidates must hold or be eligible for an Abu Dhabi security licence and have strong surveillance monitoring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor multi-screen CCTV feeds and access control dashboards
  • Log incidents and dispatch ground security teams by radio
  • Prepare daily surveillance reports and footage exports for investigations
  • Test cameras, alarms and intercoms per maintenance schedule
  • Maintain confidentiality of all monitored information

Requirements

  • 2+ years CCTV/control room experience
  • Abu Dhabi security licence or eligibility
  • Familiarity with VMS platforms (Milestone, Genetec or similar)
  • Good written English for reporting
  • Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts
