IronGate Protection LLC is recruiting SIRA-certified Security Guards for commercial towers and warehouse facilities in Al Quoz and Business Bay, Dubai. Walk-in interviews are open this July with visa sponsorship, accommodation and transport provided for selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Man access control points and verify visitor credentials
- Conduct hourly patrols of assigned premises and record observations
- Monitor CCTV feeds and report incidents to the control room
- Enforce site safety rules and manage contractor entry permits
- Respond to alarms and assist during emergency evacuations
Requirements
- Valid SIRA certificate (or SIRA training eligibility with prior security experience)
- Minimum height 168 cm with good physical fitness
- Basic English communication and report-writing skills
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts
- Clean police record; UAE experience preferred
Salary & Benefits
