Mall Security Officer

SafeZone Guarding Services is hiring Mall Security Officers for a major shopping destination in Al Nahda, Sharjah. Walk-in interviews are open to candidates with prior mall or retail security experience and a valid or renewable security licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol mall common areas, parking levels and service corridors
• Assist shoppers with directions and handle lost-child procedures
• Manage crowd control during promotions, weekends and events
• Coordinate with CID and mall management on incidents
• Operate the security control room on rotation

Requirements

• 1+ year security experience, mall or retail preferred
• Valid security licence or eligibility to obtain one
• Good English; Arabic communication an advantage
• Presentable, alert and customer-service oriented
• Flexible for rotating shifts including weekends

Salary & Benefits

• AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month, tax-free
