Digital Marketing Specialist

BlueDune Media Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage paid campaigns and SEO for clients in real estate, hospitality and e-commerce. Work remotely from anywhere in the UAE with monthly team meetups at the JLT office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run Google Ads and Meta campaigns with monthly budgets of AED 20k–150k
• Own on-page and technical SEO roadmaps for client websites
• Produce monthly performance reports with clear ROI narratives
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters on campaign creatives
• Run A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversion rates

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Proven SEO results with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush and GA4
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting dashboards
• Excellent English copy sense; Arabic content skills a bonus
• Agency experience preferred
