Real Estate Sales Executive

Palm Crest Properties, an off-plan and secondary market brokerage in Business Bay, Dubai, is expanding its sales team. Earn a base salary of AED 4,000–8,000 plus uncapped commission of up to 60% on closed deals, with qualified leads and full marketing support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert company-provided leads into property viewings and closed deals
• Build a client portfolio of investors and end-users across Dubai communities
• Conduct viewings in areas such as Business Bay, JVC, Dubai Marina and Arjan
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to transfer
• Maintain CRM records and follow up pipelines daily

Requirements

• 1+ year sales experience; real estate experience a strong advantage
• Excellent spoken English; Arabic, Russian or Mandarin a plus
• Presentable, target-driven and resilient personality
• UAE driving licence preferred (allowance provided)
• RERA card assistance provided by the company
