Telesales Agent (Female)

Horizon Call Solutions in Al Qasimia, Sharjah is hiring female Telesales Agents for its banking products campaign. Freshers with confident communication skills are encouraged to apply — full product training is provided along with attractive monthly incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers from provided databases to pitch credit cards and personal finance products
• Meet daily call targets and monthly sales quotas
• Accurately record customer responses and follow-ups in the CRM
• Handle objections professionally and escalate complex queries
• Coordinate with the documentation team for application processing

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred for this campaign
• Excellent spoken English; Hindi, Malayalam or Tagalog an advantage
• Confident phone manner and persuasive communication
• Freshers welcome — banking telesales experience is a plus
• Currently in the UAE and available to join within 2 weeks

Salary & Benefits

• AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month, tax-free
• Monthly incentives up to AED 2,500 above salary
